Château Bel Air – Cuvée Tradition has a golden color and a characteristic nose with hints of yellow, exotic fruit, wax, toast and spices. The palate is full-bodied, the attack sweet and evolving into aromas of fruit, spice and honey with unique notes of botrytis. Very harmonious with a good balance sugar acidity and a liquorous material without excess.

Wine pairing:
Serve chilled around 12°C, as an aperitif, as an accompaniment to foie gras, white meats, fish in sauce, sweetbreads, blue cheeses and chocolate desserts.
