Château Bel Air Blanc Sec has a pale yellow color, limpid and brilliant. Complex notes, mineral, citrus (Sauvignon), yellow fruits (Sémillon), flower and spices (Muscadelle) dominate the nose. The attack on the palate is frank, the aromas are subtle with a finish of fruits and spices, nervous with a lot of freshness, an interesting fat and good persistence.

Wine pairing:
Serve very fresh between 8°C and 10°C, as an aperitif, on a picnic, as an accompaniment to oysters, shells, grilled fish…
