Terms and Conditions of Sale:
 
1 - Acceptance:

These general conditions of sale apply to sales made through slip Order chateaubelair.net downloaded from the website. and involves, on the part of the purchaser without written or verbal reservation, the full acceptance of these conditions of sale.

2 - Legal notice:

According to the law of France No. 59-107 of 7 January 1959 and Law No. 74-631 of 5 July 1974 of the Public Health Code, prohibit the sale of alcohol to minors under 16 years. Any customer ordering wine at Château Bel Air must therefore be of at least 16 years of age at the date of the order.

Article L.3353-3:
The abuse of alcohol is dangerous for health. Consume with moderation.

3 - Conditions of use:

3.1 - Rate :
Prices are indicated in Euros all taxes included. The prices indicated on our product data sheets do not include shipping. The products ordered are charged at the price indicated on the date of validation of the order. Unless otherwise stated, prices are per bottle 0.75cl.

3.2 - Ordering :
The customer agrees to all terms and conditions fully and without reservation. All sales agreements are made within the limits of available stocks.
The orders are final upon receipt of full payment of the price of the goods and transportation.
Except in the case of the tasting boxes " Découverte " and " Dégustation ", Château Bel Air only ships cartons containing the same wine and the same vintage. The capacity of cartons is 6 to 12 bottles of 75 cl.

4 - Terms and Conditions of payment:

4.1 - Orders are final once full payment has been made by the buyer. Payment must be made by cheque. An invoice from the Château Bel Air will be sent, on demand, to the client at the billing address. The wines remain the property of Château Bel Air until full payment of invoice under the terms of Property Law No. 80336 of 1 May 1980. However, the buyer becomes responsible for items upon delivery. All our offers are within the limit of stocks available, without obligation and sales unless in the meantime. If the wine you ordered is out of stock, you will not be charged or if needs be a reimbursement of the appropriate sum will be given in the shortest possible time.

4.2 - Payment:
Payment should be made at the time of order. Send your payment with completed order form, by cheque made payable to "SCEA Vignobles M. MERIC et Fils" at the following address: Château Bel Air Vignobles M. Meric et Fils - 33410 Sainte-Croix-du-Mont - France

5 - Shipping and Returns:

5.1 - Delivery:
The goods are covered by our insurance during shipping. The information given on the order form commits the buyer if the goods are undeliverable. The wines can be packaged in our cellar and delivered in cases of 12 bottles to a single destination.
Delivery takes between 8 to 10 working days, excluding routing problems and depending on availability of products. Delivery is effective from reception by designated receiver, or in case of absence, instructions from the carrier.
Any delay in delivery does not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale, to reject the goods or claim damages. If out of stock, Vineyards Mr. Méric et Fils - Château Bel Air could offer the customer an appropriate substitute.
All orders should be opened and examined on arrival in the presence of the carrier. Please note precisely any anomalies on the carrier?s sheet, and contact Château Bel Air. You have 48 hours to file a claim with the carrier in case of missing or damaged goods.
The vendor will offer a substitute for the returned wine, either of the same appellation and colour, the same vintage or one nearest to that out of stock. In case of disagreement between the parties, the seller will offer a credit note to claim on your next order or refund the buyer within a period three weeks.

5.2 - Delivery Zones:
The different price lists given above apply to mainland France.

This service does not extend to islands, remote mountain areas or overseas departments. A precise estimate will therefore be sent to buyers in these areas. The order will be taken after approval and payment of the surcharge. In case of disagreement between the parties, the seller will offer to refund the buyer within a period of approximately three weeks, if the payment has already been made.

5.3 - Shipping:
For each of our different wines:
Direct removal property: FREE
For  6 bottles : 23 euros T.T.C
For 12 bottles : 27 euros T.T.C
For 24 bottles : 30 euros T.T.C
From 36 bottles: transportation offered

Offer valid from 01/01/2015 to 31/08/2015

5.4 - Delivery to other EU countries:
The prices displayed on the website and Château Bel Air documents are the ex-cellar prices. French VAT will be deducted at a later date following the return of customs documents. The buyer shall bear the costs of transport, excise taxes in force in the country and different fiscal taxes. The customer must contact the company to know the exact cost of the goods and delivery.

5.5 - Withdrawal:
Under the Consumer Code Art L.121-20: "The consumer has a period of seven days from the date of delivery of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to give any reasons or incurring penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods." The customer must inform Château Bel Air in writing before doing so.

5.6 - Litigation:
In the event of litigation or dispute, the customer should first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution. The Tribunal de Commerce de Bordeaux will automatically act as the court of competent juristiction, whatever the place of delivery and method of payment accepted.

6 - Confidentiality:

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the customer has a right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them. The customer may exercise their rights by contacting:
